SHIPPING POLICY

Effective date: August 6, 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Nutrinance, a brand of SED PHARMA INC.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping, local delivery, or in-store pickup.

2. SHIPPING COST

Standard shipping within the United States is free. Optional expedited shipping, when available, may be priced separately at checkout.

3. ORDER PROCESSING AND CUTOFF TIME

Our daily order cutoff time is 4:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 4:00 PM Pacific Time will be treated as received on the next business day for processing purposes. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are not business days.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address issues, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

5. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

6. TRACKING AND DELIVERY ISSUES

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, property management, and the carrier. Then contact us promptly through our Contact page.

If an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, is missing an item, or is not delivered, contact us promptly. Product-quality claims are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. RETURNS

Do not send products back without prior written authorization. Approved returns must follow the instructions we provide. When an authorized return is required, it will be directed to:
